An intriguing blend of equal parts Mourvedre and Grenache, the 2005 La Mourvache is impressive. Deep purple in color, with notes of roasted meats, herbs, blueberry, and black cherry, this spicy, rich, medium-bodied wine has sweet tannin and a long finish.
