Deep saturated color.Very attractive, rich nose is filled with scents of dark berry fruit, leather, minerals, and smoke.Youthful and complex in the mouth with ripe, rather sweet black cherry fruit. This is a delicious, big, tannic, chewy, well-crafted wine vinified in a modern style. Once again, we are tasting a wine with very good acidity. Consistent from start to the long finish, this wine is a winner. But it did not say “Chianti” to us, more like “international.”Robert Parker 93
